Freelance Drupal Developer

Job Description:

A client of ours in the Orlando, FL area is seeking a Freelance Drupal Developer to join their team on a short-term contract basis. This person must be a Drupal developer with plenty of experience with the Drupal platform, and a high level of comfort and specialized experience in advanced web development using Drupal. Candidates should be able to spend at least 25 hours per week on the project. If you have built less than 15 Drupal sites, this offer is probably not a good fit for you.

Reporting:

You must provide daily report, failure to do so would terminate the contract immediately.

Applicants must possess the following requirements to apply.

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree and in depth knowledge of SEO and online media is required

· Advanced xHTML and CSS skills (valid and semantic code that works on all browsers)

Drupal's top 100 modules, including advanced use of Views and CCK
Drupal theme development
Drupal module development

Preferred:

PMP Certification with with demonstrated education and experience preferred.

Purpose:
A client of ours in the Orlando, FL area is seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join their team as a long-term contract employee.

Job Description:

Duties will include analyzing website traffic, developing targeted optimization web content for search and meta tags. Providing well defined technical, design, content, optimization for search engine improvement; developing SEO website assessments and recommendations and translating them into technical requirements; providing SEO guidance in technical areas (server infrastructure, website structure and page construction); reviewing and managing all page tagging and consistently analyzing changing opportunities and monitoring trends in search engine algorithms and important keywords.

Requirements:

- Advanced Web Page Content Writing
- Advanced Web Optimization
-Advanced knowledge with HTML, CMS tools. Link-building

-Advanced knowledge with Google Analytics, pay per click.

Preferred:

Flash Developer will build interactive and dynamic applications for the client. As an experienced Flash Developer with a thorough knowledge of ActionScript he/she will create innovative websites, online ads, games and more. Flash Developer will work in conjunction with Designers and Web Developers.

Requirements:

· 5+ years experience in web development (Flash)

· Outgoing, highly organized and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

· Extremely creative and have good UI design experience

· Understanding of XML and XML parsing in flash

· Deep knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion

· Experience integrating Flash video into Flash applications

· Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies

· External Resource Integration (audio, video and other media)

· Deep knowledge of Flash Compression techniques and file structuring practices

· Excellent written and oral communication skills; talent for organization, collaboration, and presentation; positivity under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills

· Experience managing multiple complex projects to on-time delivery; proven skill in work planning, attention to detail, and follow-through

· Awareness of current technologies for storage, management, and delivery of content on the web, such as Documentum

Technical Skills Requirements:

Must know video integration, Action Scripting 3.0 and must use XML.
